Vitor Sá, aka Virgu, is Brazilian (born in 1984), based in Rio de Janeiro and New York. Graduated in advertising and art direction.

Vitor’s curiosity for photography started at age 11. Shortly after college graduation he started working on marketing and fashion photography.

Recently Vitor Sá gave up the stability of a government job to follow a dream, and dedicate his life to live and study art. Since then he’s been teaching photography and giving lectures in schools in Brazil. Vitor’s first exhibition is on the Hearst 8×10 Photography Biennial in NY.

Vitor Sá é Brasileiro (nascido em 1984) e vive entre Rio de Janeiro e Nova Iorque. Graduado em Publicidade e Diretor de Arte. Ele também é conhecido como Virgu.

Sua curiosidade por fotografia começou aos 11 anos, logo após se formar trabalhou com fotografia de publicidade e moda.

Nos últimos três anos largou estabilidade de um emprego no governo para seguir um sonho de estudar e viver arte. Neste período também deu aulas e palestras em algumas escolas do Brasil. Sua primeira exposição é na Bienal de Fotografia Hearst 8×10.
